I use an eclectic therapy model which includes, but is not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, and EMDR. While I do not claim ANY expertise in aviation, it has been a large part of my life. I originally was majoring in Aerospace at MTSU and did ultimately take enough courses to have a minor in it. Additionally, my father is a retired FAA inspector and he was active duty military throughout my childhood.
